古民居是民族建筑的典型体现,是承载各种历史信息的真实遗存,其积累了丰富的建筑设计思想,蕴含着浓厚的历史文化价值。随着城市化浪潮的推进,古民居的保护及再利用成为热议话题,国家对古民居的保护愈发重视,保护工作力度也愈发强劲。但是我国古民居的保护现状并不尽如人意,很多古民居保护工作流于表面形式,使古民居失去了历史风貌。对古民居进行保护和修复,要深入了解其蕴含的文化内涵,保留其原真性,最大程度还原细节,还原其呈现的历史氛围,同时要具体问题具体分析,完善相关政策法规,增强全民对古民居建筑的保护意识。只有这样,才能推动古民居保护工作的顺利开展,使古民居保护达到良好的效果。

Ancient dwellings are a typical relic representing national architecture features,carrying various historical information and accumulated rich architectural design ideas and containing a strong historical and cultural values.With the advancement of urbanization,the protection and reuse of ancient dwellings has become a hot topic.The state has paid more and more attention onto the protection of ancient dwellings,and the way of proceeding with protection has become more and more powerful.However,the current status of the protection of ancient dwellings in China is not satisfactory.Many ancient dwelling seems being protected,but made lose their historical features.To protect and repair ancient dwellings,it is necessary to deeply understand the cultural connotations contained in them,retain their originality,restore details to the greatest extent,restore the historical atmosphere of their presentation,and at the same time it shall also analyze specific issues,improve relevant policies and regulations,and enhance the awareness of the residential dwelling protection of the people.Only in this way can we promote the smooth development and achieve good results of the ancient dwellings protection.
