复杂科学管理视角下的农村电商集群生态系统研究

Research on Rural E-Commerce Cluster Ecosystem from the Perspective of Complex Science Management

如何推动我国农村经济发展已成为全社会经济战略发展的重大课题。基于复杂科学管理角度,农村电商集群生态系统可被定义为一个复杂适应性系统。在经济发展新常态的背景下,我国农村电商产业开启了基于"互联网+"的集群式协同发展,如"遂昌模式"就以"产业+服务"的电商生态圈,将产业集群概念与创新系统、生态学相结合,突破集群发展的瓶颈,对农村电商集群创新生态进行了优化升级。然而,该模式仍存在产业层次低、协同创新失衡、发展空间有限、农村资源有待开发、内部成员缺乏创新力、高素质电商人才短缺等问题。要克服这些弊端,就要从环境层、主体层和模式层三个层面着手,促进农村电商集群生态系统创新发展。

How to promote the development of rural economy in China?This has become a major issue in the strategic economic development of the whole society.From the perspective of complex scientific management,the rural e-commerce cluster ecosystem can be defined as a complex adaptive system.Under the background of the new normal of economic development,China's rural e-commerce industry has started a cluster-based collaborative development based on"Internet+".For example,the"Suichang model"breaks through the bottleneck of cluster development and optimizes and upgrades the innovation ecology of rural e-commerce clusters by"industry+service"e-commerce ecosystem,combining the concept of industrial clusters with innovation system and ecology.However,this model still has problems such as low industrial level,unbalanced collaborative innovation,limited development space,rural resources to be developed,lack of innovation of internal members,and shortage of high-quality electric merchants.To overcome these shortcomings,we must start from the three levels of the environment,the main body,and the model to promote the innovation and development of the rural e-commerce cluster ecosystem.
