摘要
本文以平均粒度为4. 0μm钼粉和平均粒度为50 nm、0. 5μm和2μm 3种氧化镧粉为原料,采用固-固掺杂法制备了氧化镧含量为1%的3种不同钼镧合金板坯和轧制板材,研究了3种合金的烧结密度、金相、拉伸力学性能和不同热处理后的室温深冲性能。实验结果表明,固-固掺杂钼镧合金板材性能优异,且掺杂氧化镧粉平均粒度的变化对板材的烧结晶粒数、热轧板材的纵、横向显微组织、拉伸性能和深冲性能都有显著影响。
Three kinds of solid-solid doped molybdenum lanthana alloyed plates were prepared by first mixing molybdenum powder with an average size of 4.0 μm and lanthanum oxide powder with an average size of 50 nm, 0.5 μm and 2 μm respectively, and then pressed, sintered and hot rolled into plates.The densities and crystal numbers of the sintered slabs, the longitudinal and transverse microstructures of the hot rolled plates and their tensile mechanical properties,deep-drawing properties at room temperature were studied.It is found that the solid -solid doped molybdenum lanthanide alloyed plates show an excellent performance, and that the variation of the average particle size of doped lanthanide oxide powders have a significant influence on the crystal numbers of the sintered slabs, and on the longitudinal and transverse microstructures, as well as on the tensile properties and deep-drawing properties of the final hot-rolled plates.
