酒器的形制变迁及文化承载

On the Shape Change and Cultural Implication of Wine Container

酒器从最初形式质朴的酿造器具,到唐代华丽富贵的盛装器具,再到宋代风韵雅致的格调之物,及至明清时期溯古的风流,展现酒具的变迁过程。本文通过叙述酒器的形制变化、爵的身份演变及酒器的审美,来传达酒器的社会意义转变,以此展现宋代以后文人阶层的风雅与意趣。由此,酒器的变化蕴含有丰富的文化信息,酒器亦可视为中国酒具文化的一个重要造物文献。

Wine containers experienced changes from the primitive brewing utensils of the original form,the gorgeous and delicate containers of the Tang Dynasty,the elegant and artistic items of the Song Dynasty to the antiquity-styled utensils during the Ming and Qing dynasties.This paper discusses the shape changes of wine wares,the identity evolution of the Jue(peerage),and the appreciation of the wine wares,presenting the transformation of social significance of wine wares and the elegance and interest of the literati class since the Song Dynasty.Therefore,the wine wares with rich cultural implications can be regarded as an important historical document for Chinese wine culture.
