A Survey on the Status and Motivation of Part-time Job of Graduate Students——Empirical Research Based on Soochow University

硕士研究生兼职现象普遍存在于各个高校之中。本文采取问卷和访谈相结合的形式,从硕士研究生兼职现状及影响因素分析、兼职动机在人口学变量上的差异等方面进行调查,发现研究生兼职对其学习和生活层面均会产生一定影响,兼职原因具有多重性。

The phenomenon of part-time job for postgraduates is common among universities.In this paper,a combination of questionnaires and interviews is adopted to investigate the status and influence factors of part-time graduate students and the differences in the demographic variables of part-time motivation.It is found that part-time graduate students will have certain impact on their learning and life levels,and the reasons for the part-time job are multiple.
