摘要 目的观察创伤性眼病患者视网膜超声背向散射积分(IBS)值变化情况,为临床判断创伤性眼病眼底改变提供新的参考依据。方法选取自2015年6月至2017年6月于北部战区总医院就诊的56例(56只眼)创伤性眼病患者为观察组,另选取同期在我院体检的50例健康人群(50只眼)为正常组。测量每位受检者鼻侧视网膜的IBS值,并计算校正IBS值(IBS%)。结果观察组患者视网膜IBS值、IBS%分别为(52. 56±3. 28)、(113. 0%±2. 0%),均高于正常组的(42. 52±2. 52)、(79. 0%±1. 5%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论创伤性眼病患者的视网膜IBS值、IBS%均高于正常人群。IBS技术在二维及多普勒超声的基础上进行数字化的分析,可敏感、准确地反映创伤性眼部视网膜病变的病理改变,为创伤性眼病的诊断提供了一项新的检查技术。 Objective To investigate the integrated backscatter( IBS) changes of retina in traumatic eye disease patients,in order to offer the reference to clinician for ocular fundus changes of traumatic eye disease. Methods A retrospective study was performed on56 cases of patients( 56 eyes) with traumatic eye disease who were admitted from June 2015 to June 2017. The 56 cases of patients with traumatic eye disease were divided into the observation group,the other 50 healthy volunteers( 50 eyes) were divided into the normal control group. The IBS values were measured on nose side of retina,and the correction IBS values( IBS%) were calculated. Results The retinal IBS values and IBS% in the observation group were( 52. 56 ± 3. 28) and( 113. 0%± 2. 0%),respectively,which were higher than those in the normal control group[( 42. 52 ± 2. 52) and( 79. 0 ± 1. 5%)]. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The retinal IBS value and IBS% of patients with traumatic eye disease were higher than that of normal people. The digital analysis of IBS technology on the basis of two-dimensional and ultrasound can sensitively and accurately reflect the pathological changes of traumatic eye retinopathy,providing a new examination technology for the diagnosis of traumatic eye disease.
