摘要
目的探讨尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死早期取栓术后造影剂外渗的临床疗效。方法选取北部战区总医院自2016年6月至2018年1月收治的60例急性脑梗死早期取栓治疗后造影剂外渗患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,每组各30例。A组患者术后早期应用0. 9%氯化钠注射液,B组应用注射用尤瑞克林。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,评估患者的神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)并采用改良Ran Kin量表(mRS)评定患者伤残或严重程度。结果 B组患者的治疗总有效率为86. 7%(26/30),显著高于A组的63. 3%(19/30),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗7、14 d后,B组患者的NIHSS均显著低于A组,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗3个月后,B组的mRS为(2. 53±0. 24)分,显著低于A组的(3. 43±0. 26)分,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对于急性脑梗死早期介入治疗后造影剂外渗患者,早期使用注射用尤瑞克林促进侧枝循环建立是安全有效的。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Urinarykallid on contrast medium extravasation after thrombolysis in early stage of acute cerebral infarction( ACI). Methods A retrospective study was performed on 60 cases of ACI patients with contrast medium extravasation after thrombolyses who were admitted from June 2016 to January 2018. Patients were randomly divided into the Group A and Group B,with 30 cases in each group. Patients in Group A received 0. 9% sodium chloride injection in the early postoperative period,and patients in Group B received Urinarykallid injection. The total effective rate was compared between the two groups. The degree of neurological impairment score( NIHSS) was assessed and the disability or severity of the patient was assessed using the modified Ran Kin scale( mRS). Results The total effective rate of Group B was 86. 7%( 26/30),significantly higher than63. 3%( 19/30) of Group A( P < 0. 05). After treatment for 7 and 14 days,the NIHSS of patients in Group B were significantly lower than those in Group A( P < 0. 05). After 3 months of treatment,mRS in Group B was( 2. 53 ± 0. 24),significantly lower than that in Group A( 3. 43 ± 0. 26),( P < 0. 05). Conclusion For patients with contrast medium extravasation after early interventional therapy for acute cerebral infarction,early injection of Urinarykallid to promote collateral circulation is safe and effective.
