摘要 对灰渣样品测定钴的前处理方法进行研究,通过比较确定了硝酸-氯酸钾-硫酸溶解处理方式。在5%的盐酸介质里,用火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定。其标准曲线的线性范围为0.00~10.00μg/mL,相关系数为R2=0.9997,加标回收率为97.8%~103.0%,相对标准偏差为1.7246%,该方法线性关系好,准确度高,精密度好,适用于测定灰渣中0.005%~5%的钴含量。 The pre-treatment method of cobalt determination in ash residue sample was researched, the treatment method that nitric acid-potassium chlorate-sulfuric acid dissolution was confirmed through comparison. The determination shall be done by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer in 5% hydrochloric acid medium. The linearity range of its standard curve is 0.00 ~10.00μg/mL, the correlation coefficient is R^2=0.9997, the adding standard recovery rate is 97.8%~103.0%, the relative standard deviation is 1.7246%, the linear relation is good, the accuracy degree is high, and the precision degree is good by using this method, it is suitable for 0.005%~5%cobalt content determination in ash residue.
