摘要
提出了含高铅高镉(wPb≥10%、wCd≥5%)的含锌试料中锌含量的测定方法,铅采用生成硫酸铅沉淀的方式定量分离,镉采用加入碘化钾掩蔽消除干扰,然后用Na_2EDTA滴定锌含量的方法,可获得满意结果。此方法用于锌冶金工艺过程中含高铅高镉的锌焙砂、氧化锌粉以及综合回收得铅渣、净化系统中铜镉渣试料中锌含量的测定,效果良好。
It is proposed the determination method of zinc content in zinc-bearing specimen with high lead and high cadmium(wPb≥10%, wCd≥5%), lead shall be separated quantificationally by generation of lead sulfate precipitation;cadmium shall be sheltered by potassium iodide to eliminate interference, and then Na2EDTA titration of zinc content shall be adopted to achieve the satisfactory results. The method is used for zinc calcine, zinc oxide powder with high lead and high cadmium, and lead slag generated from comprehensive recovery, determination on zinc content in copper and cadmium sediment specimen in purification system, the results were good.
