摘要
在我国,每个高校都会开设心理健康课程、思想政治课程以及职业辅导课程。这三门课程知识体系有着内容的关联性、教法的互补性,它们都有机地融合在当代大学生的素质教育之中。心理健康水平是衡量当代大学生素质发展的基础;思想政治水平是衡量其素质发展的底线;职业发展水平是衡量其素质发展的导向。高校心理健康课程、思想政治课程和职业辅导课程的开设则分别指向个体素质发展的三个方面。本研究引入心理资本概念,尝试探讨在当代大学生心理资本品质培养过程中,三门课程整合教学的可能性。心理资本的希望、效能、韧性、乐观等品质提升教育可以有机融入三课整合教学中,有效促进当代大学生三课学习的知识与技能、过程与方法以及情感态度价值观的实现。
Mental Health Course,Ideological and Political Course and Vocational Counseling Course are offered in every college in China,which have much relevance in content and complementarity,and are all organically integrated in the quality-oriented education for college students.Mental health is the basis to measure the quality development of contemporary college students.Ideological and political quality is the bottom line to measure its quality development.The professional development quality is the guide to measure its quality development.College Mental Health Course,Ideological and Political Course and Vocational Counseling Course respectively focus on three aspects of individual quality development.This study attempts to introduce the concept of psychological capital and explore the possibility of integrating three courses in the process of cultivating the psychological capital quality of contemporary college students.Hope,efficiency and resilience,optimism can improve the quality-oriented education integration into three-course teaching organically,and promote effectively contemporary university students to learn knowledge and skills,process and methods as well as the realization of the emotional attitude values.
