绿色物流的发展体现了可持续发展的内涵,是城市文明建设与经济效益和谐发展的要求。绿色物流作为一种新的物流模式,是供给侧改革下义乌必走的物流发展模式。与美国、日本、德国等发达国家相比,我国人民的绿色物流的观念滞后,政府的各种政策缺失。义乌由于受长期粗放型的经济发展模式制约,企业、人民的环保意识不够,发展绿色物流的道路上存在着很多制约因素。义乌市绿色物流的发展需要借鉴发达国家绿色物流的发展和实施策略,通过政府政策、相关法律和行业规范的完善和实施,物流企业、物流园区基础设施绿色化水平的建设,加强绿色物流的人才培养和提高从业人员素质,加以实现物流行业的绿色化进程。

The development of green logistics embodies the connotation of sustainable development and is the requirement of harmonious development between urban civilization construction and economic benefits.As a new logistics mode,green logistics is the necessary logistics development mode of Yiwu under the supply-side reform.Compared with developed countries such as the United States,Japan and Germany,the concept of green logistics in China is lagging behind and the relative government policies are lacking.Due to the restriction of long-term extensive economic development mode,enterprises and people in Yiwu are not aware of environmental protection,and there are many restrictive factors on the development of green logistics.Yiwu needs to draw lessons from the development and implementation strategies of green logistics in developed countries to realize the green process of the logistics industry through improving and implementing government policies,relevant laws and industry norms,promoting the green level of infrastructure of logistics enterprises and logistics parks,and strengthening green logistics talents cultivation and employee quality improvement.
