摘要
2008年世界金融危机之后美国等西方国家的贸易保护主义开始抬头,特朗普上台后开始实行赤裸裸的贸易保护政策,并于2018年7月以后开始挑起中美贸易大战。为应对美国的贸易保护政策和对华遏制战略,中国需要高举自由贸易大旗,推动建立面向全球的自由贸易区网络,实现贸易多元化战略,而中俄合作构建大欧亚自贸区就是一个重要选项。
After the world financial crisis in 2008, trade protectionism in the United States and other western countries began to rise. Trump took office and began to implement bald-faced trade protection policies, and started to provoke a trade war between China and US after July 2018. In order to cope with the trade protection policies of the US and the containment strategy against China, China needs to hold high the banner of free trade, promote the establishment of a global free trade area network, and realize the strategy of trade diversification. Cooperation between China and Russia in building a greater Eurasian free trade area is an important option.
