摘要
1氢-1,2,4-三氮唑是制造多种农药和染料的重要原料。本实验以废甲酸溶液作为反应原料,与氨气成盐后直接与水合肼环化,再经提纯后得到高纯度的1氢-1,2,4-三氮唑。本方法为化工厂产生的低浓度废甲酸溶液找到了一条有效的回收利用途径,在一定程度上解决了废甲酸处理的难题;同时变废为宝,减少了能源的消耗。
1H-1,2,4-triazole is an important raw material for production of various pesticides and dyes.In this process,the waste formic acid,as the material,is reacted with ammonia gas,and then cyclized with hydrazine hydrate.The crude product is subsequently purified to obtain the pure 1H-1,2,4-triazole.This method provides an effective recycling route for the dilute waste formic acid out of the chemical plant,partly solves the disposal problem of waste formic acid,meanwhile turns it into useful product,and thereby reduces the energy consumption greatly.
