摘要
主要对某石化厂加氢裂化装置的节能降耗进行了研究讨论,采用三环节理论模型对2014年能耗情况进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了节能降耗的方案,总结了优化后的效果。在各项措施得到有效实施后,装置能耗得到明显降低:综合能耗由41.84kgEo/t下降到34.263kgEo/t,下降幅度18.1%。通过近三年的持续过程管理、技术改造优化以及原料、产品结构调整,至2017年,装置全年生产负荷达82.34%,装置综合能耗31.885kgEo/t,较2014年下降23.8%,较设计值低6.2%。
This paper mainly studied and discussed the energy saving and consumption reduction of hydrocracking unit in a petrochemical plant,analyzed the energy consumption in 2014 by using the three-link theoretical model,and put forward a targeted energy saving and consumption reduction plan,and summarized the optimized effect.After the effective implementation of various measures,the energy consumption of the device was significantly reduced:the comprehensive energy consumption decreased from 41.84kgEo/t to 34.263kgEo/t,by 18.1%.Through the continuous process management,technological transformation and optimization in the past three years,as well as the adjustment of raw materials and product structure,the annual production load of the device reached 82.34%in 2017,and the comprehensive energy consumption of the device was 31.885 kgEo/t,which was 23.8%lower than 2014 and 6.2%lower than the design value.
