碳青霉烯类抗菌药物管理效果研究

Effect of Antimicrobial Stewardship on Carbapenem Antibiotics

目的评价抗菌药物管理(AMS)对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用管理的效果。方法回顾性分析医院2016年至2017年实施AMS前后出院患者碳青霉烯类抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)、使用强度(AUD)、限定日费用(DDC)、使用金额等的变化。结果实施AMS后,碳青霉烯类药物使用量呈持续下降趋势且总抗菌药物DDDs和AUD总体有下降趋势,总抗菌药物、碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用金额和DDC呈总体下降趋势。结论实施AMS可显著降低碳青霉烯类药物DDDs和AUD,效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of antimicrobial stewardship(AMS)on the use and management of carbapenem antibiotics.Methods The changes of DDDs,AUD,DDC and the cost of carbapenem antibiotics used by discharged patients before and after the implementation of AMS from 2016 to 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results After the implementation of AMS,the use of carbapenem antibiotics showed a continuous downward trend,and the DDDs,AUD of the total antibiotics had a downward trend.The cost and DDC of total antibiotics and carbapenem antibiotics showed a general downward trend.Conclusion The implementation of AMS can significantly reduce the DDDs and AUD of carbapenem antibiotics,and the effect is remarkable.
