深圳罗湖社区中老年人安全用药基线调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Safe Medication Baseline for Middle-Aged and Elderly People in Luohu Community of Shenzhen City

目的探讨深圳市罗湖区中老年人群安全用药基本特点。方法采用统一基线调查问卷,分析安全用药知晓情况和日常安全用药行为情况的基本特征,以及获取安全用药知识的途径,并制订转化标准。结果中老年人对用药基本知识的知晓率低,不安全用药行为高,获取用药知识途径偏向便捷式。结论基线调查结果可为罗湖社区中老年人的现状提供依据,为社区安全用药采取干预措施奠定基础。

Objective To investigate the basic characteristics of safe medication among the middle-aged and elderly patients in Luohu District of Shenzhen City.Methods A unified baseline questionnaire was used to analyze the basic characteristics of the awareness of safe medication and daily safe medication use behavior,and the ways to acquire knowledge of safe medication.The transformation criteria were formulated.Results Middle-aged and elderly people had low awareness rate of basic knowledge of medication,high unsafe medication behavior,and they acquired knowledge of medication was biased in favor of the convenient way.Conclusion The results of baseline investigation can provide a basis for the present situation of middle-aged and elderly people in Luohu community and lay a data base for the intervention of safe medication in the community.
