Retrospective Study on Drug Sunshine Purchase in Three Tertiary Medical Institutions of Luzhou City in Sichuan Province

目的调查某市三级医院药品阳光采购现状,分析药品分类采购的供应及配备情况。方法调研四川省泸州市三级医疗机构2014年至2016年的药品分类采购情况,主要指标包括网上药品采购金额、贵重药品采购金额比例、基本药物品规数比例及采购金额比例等。结果泸州市三级医疗机构药品月平均阳光采购积分大于90分,均达到四川省规定要求;除基本药物采购金额比例未达标外,其余药品采购比例均达到规定要求。结论 2014年至2016年,泸州市三级医疗机构药品阳光采购执行情况良好,中标药品价格有所下降,阳光采购有利于促进临床用药安全、有效、经济、合理。

Objective To investigate the current situation of drug sunshine purchase in a city's tertiary hospitals,and analyze the supply and allocation of drug classified purchase.Methods The classified purchase situation of drugs from 2014 to 2016 in three tertiary medical institutions of Luzhou City in Sichuan Province were investigated,the main indicators included the online drug purchase amount,the proportion of valuable drug purchase amount,essential drugs'items rules count rate and the proportion of its purchase amount.Results The average sunshine purchase score of drugs in the tertiary medical institutions in Luzhou City was more than 90 points,which all met the requirement of Sichuan Province.Except for the proportion of the purchase amount of essential drugs,the purchase proportion of other drugs reached the required requirements.Conclusion From 2014 to 2016,the sunshine purchase of drugs in the tertiary medical institutions of Luzhou City has been well implemented,and the price of the winning drugs has decreased.Sunshine purchase is conducive to promoting the safety,effectiveness,economy and rationality of clinical medication,which is worth popularizing widely.
