外周血中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值、血小板-淋巴细胞比值在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展

Progress in the study of peripheral blood neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-lymphocyte ratio in gynecologic tumors

近年来炎症在肿瘤发生发展中的作用研究已日益成为热点,并且取得了很多成果。中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板-淋巴细胞比值(PLR)是研究较多的两种生物学指标,在多种肿瘤研究中发现NLR、PLR与肿瘤临床病理特征存在关系,并可评估病人预后。该文现就NLR、PLR在肿瘤中的作用以及在妇科恶性肿瘤中的最新进展进行综述。

In recent years,the role of inflammation in the development of tumors has increasingly becoming a hot spot,and many achievements have been made.Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)as two kinds of biological indicators are more often researched in a wide variety of tumor study.The relationship of the two kinds of biological indicators and clinical-pathological features of tumors has been found in a variety of cancer research,and people found it can also assess the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the role of NLR,PLR in tumors,and summarizes the latest progress in gynecologic malignant tumor.
