可溶性血管黏附蛋白-1与动脉僵硬度的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of vascular adhesion protein-1 and arterial stiffness

目的研究可溶性血管黏附蛋白-1(sVAP-1)与动脉硬度指标(踝-臂动脉脉搏波传导速度baPWV)的相关性。方法对579例健康体检者进行一般资料的采集,采用自动生化分析仪测定血糖、血脂、尿酸等生化指标,sVAP-1浓度采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定。应用动脉硬化检测仪测baPWV。结果①baPWV与年龄、收缩压、舒张压、体质量指数、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、C反应蛋白、肾小球滤过率、高血压、糖尿病存在相关性(r=0.561、0.539、0.29、0.186、0.201、0.114、0.155、 0.111、0.202、-0.174、0.382、0.174,P<0.05);sVAP-1与年龄、体质量指数、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、糖尿病具有相关性(r=0.273、-0.176、0.179、-0.130、0.110、 0.129、 0.141,P<0.05),且sVAP-1与baPWV的Pearson相关分析,两者相关性(r=0.134,P<0.001)。②sVAP-1与baPWV在多重线性回归分析无相关性(β=-0.002,P>0.05),但将年龄分为三组后,在55岁以上人群中,sVAP-1与平均baPWV及最大baPWV均具有明显的相关性(β=0.052、0.05,P<0.05),而且在控制了年龄、性别、体质量指数、血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、糖尿病后仍具有明显的独立相关性(β=0.049、0.048,P<0.05)。结论 sVAP-1与年龄具有明显的相关性,随着年龄的增加,sVAP-1升高,在55岁以上的一般人群中sVAP-1与baPWV存在明显的独立相关性。

Objective To study the vascular adhesion protein-1(sVAP-1)and arterial stiffness index(brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity)correlation.Methods 579 people in our hospital were collected.Blood glucose,blood lipid,uric acid and other biochemical parameters were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.The concentration of sVAP-1 enzyme-linked was determinated by immunosorbent assay(ELISA).And the detection of bachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)was detected by arteriosclerosis detector.Results baPWV is correlated with age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,BMI,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,C reactive protein,glomerular filtration rate,hypertension,diabetes(r=0.561,0.539,0.29,0.186,0.201,0.114,0.155,0.111,0.202,0.382,and-0.174 0.174,P<0.05).sVAP-1 is correlated with age,bMI,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,diabetes(r=0.273,-0.176,0.179,-0.130,0.110,0.129,0.141,P<0.05),and Pearson correlation analysis of sVAP-1 and baPWV is correlation(r=0.134,P<0.001).The sVAP-1 and baPWV in the multiple linear regression analysis showed no correlation(β=-0.002,P>0.05),however,when divided into three groups by age,sVAP-1 and the average baPWV and maximum baPWV of people over 55 were significantly correlated(nd maximum baPWV multi.By controling the obvious correlation age,sex,body mass index,blood glucose,triglyceride,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein and diabetes(β=0.049,0.048,P<0.05),sVAP-1 and baPWV is still correlation.Conclusion There was a significant correlation between sVAP-1 and baPWV in the general population over 55 years of age.
