Research on the Coordinated Development of Regional Economy in Henan Province

作为中原崛起战略的关键,河南省的经济发展是中原崛起战略能否成功实现的关键环节。河南省地域辽阔,各区域之间由于历史、地理和人为等各种因素导致经济发展存在着较大的差异。豫北与豫西、豫西南GDP差异较大,其中2015年底郑州市GDP达到了7311亿元,居全省第一位,而GDP最低的济源市仅仅达到了492亿元。河南省区域经济发展差距的影响因素主要有自然区位因素、政策因素、对外开放程度、产业结构等方面。缩小河南省区域经济发展差异的对策主要有政府政策倾斜、调整产业结构、加快农村发展方式转变、推动区域之间的合作、加大教育力度等。

As the key to the strategy of the rise and development of the Central Plain, the economic development of Henan Province is the key to the successful completion of the strategy. Henan Province has a vast territory with great differences in economic development among various regions due to factors such as history, geography and human activities. The GDP of Zhengzhou reached 731.1 billion yuan at the end of 2015, ranking the first in the province, while Jiyuan with the lowest GDP, only reached 49.2 billion yuan. The influencing factors of regional economic development gap in the province are mainly natural location, government policy, degree of opening, industrial structure and so on. The countermeasures to narrow the regional economic development disparity in Henan Province include government policy tilt, industrial restructure, acceleration the transformation of rural development mode, promoting regional cooperation, and enhancing education.
