地方政府推动少数民族地区特色产业发展的行为研究——以南宁市火龙果产业发展为例

Study on the Behavior of Local Governments in Promoting the Development of Characteristic Industries in Minority Areas by Taking the Dragon Fruit Industry of Nanning City as an Example

南宁市政府在发展南宁市地方特色产业——火龙果产业时取得一定的成就,但也存在产业发展缺乏整体规划、招商引资规模较小、产业配套的基础设施不够完善、品牌知名度低、土地流转机制不完善等问题。在促进少数民族地区特色产业发展路径方面,政府首先应着眼一盘棋,进行整体规划,在优化基础设施的基础上加大招商引资力度,引进优秀企业和先进技术;其次,完善火龙果产业配套设施、构建完善信息平台,打造优质品牌;最后,完善土地流转机制,为火龙果产业健康发展做好土地保障。

The Nanning Municipal Government has made some achievements in developing the local characteristic industry of Nanning,i.e.pitaya fruit industry.However,there are still some problems such as lack of overall planning for industrial development,small scale of attracting investment,inadequate infrastructure supporting industry,low brand awareness and imperfect land transfer mechanism.In promoting the development path of characteristic industries in ethnic minority areas,the government should first focus on a chess game,make overall planning,increase investment and attract investment on the basis of optimizing infrastructure,introduce excellent enterprises and advanced technology;secondly,improve the supporting facilities of Pitaya industry,build and improve information platform,and create high-quality brands;finally,improve the land transfer mechanismand provide land security for the healthy development of the dragon fruit industry.
