摘要
《中华人民共和国档案法》以及相关法律法规的制定,赋予了公民享有档案信息资源共享的权利,开创了我国档案法治建设的新局面。但在传统的档案行政管理模式下,档案信息资源的保管方法与共享方式难以应对市场经济的发展和网络电子文件的冲击。因此,完善档案法律法规体系,厘清档案开放利用与政府信息公开的关系,加强依法治档工作,才能应对新时代档案信息资源共享的新要求。
The archives law and the establishment of relevant provisions endow citizens with the rights to share the archives information resources,and create a new situation in the construction of archives legal system in china.However,under the traditional archives administration mode,the storage methods and sharing methods are difficult to deal with the continuous development of the market economy and the impact of network electronic documents.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the laws and regulations of archives,clarify the relationship between open use of archives and government information disclosure,and strengthen archives management according to law,so as to meet the new requirements of archives information resources sharing in the new era.
