高血压性脑出血患者术后治疗辅助用药情况分析

Analysis adjuvant drugs used in the subsequent treatment after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery

目的探讨高血压性脑出血患者手术后的药物治疗中辅助药物应用的合理性。方法对某三级医院神经外科2017年1月～2018年6月160例高血压性脑出血患者手术后的后续治疗所用辅助药物采用医院信息系统(HIS)统计分析其用药金额排名、DDDs及药物金额占比、合理性等情况。结果高血压性脑出血患者术后治疗选择的辅助药物集中在12种,同一病例普遍存在使用多种辅助用药现象,且药占比高、用药结构存在明显缺陷,辅助用药合理使用率为0。结论高血压性脑出血患者术后药物治疗中不合理使用辅助药物比较普遍,应科学定义辅助用药,制定全国统一的辅助用药品种目录,设定其管理指标值,限制多种辅助用药联用行为,建立常态化的辅助用药专项点评机制。

Objective To explore the rationality of adjuvant drugs used in the subsequent treatment after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods Take 160 cases of neurosurgery from January 2017 to June 2018 in academic tertiary hospital as examples.The expense ranking,DDDs,charges proportion and rationality of those adjuvant drugs used in subsequent treatment after HICH surgery were analyzed by using HIS.Results There are 12 main adjuvant drugs were used in the subsequent treatment after HICH surgery.It is universal that various kinds of complementary medicines be used in the same cases,and shows the high medicine proportion.The obviously limitation of institution and the rational use of complementary medicine is zero.Conclusion It is universal that unreasonable using adjuvant drugs in the subsequent treatment after HICH surgery.We should scientifically defining adjuvant drugs,making nationally unified catalogue of it,setting its management index,limiting mix-using various kinds of complementary medicines,and establish the regular comment mechanism for them.
