唇腭裂婴儿期家属照护体验及需求的质性研究

Qualitative research on nursing experience and need of families with infants of cleft lip and palate

目的探究唇腭裂婴儿期家属照护体验及需求,为医护人员制定治疗和护理方案提供依据,减轻家庭负担。方法通过目的性采样法,选取13例≤1岁唇腭裂患儿家属作为研究对象,应用质性研究,对唇腭裂患儿家属进行半结构式访谈,以现象学Giorgy分析法分析资料。结果唇腭裂婴儿期家属照护体验及需求可归纳为:①早期不良体验强烈;②对支持系统的需求;③对手术效果的高度期待;④对患儿未来的不确定感。结论唇腭裂婴儿期家属存在很大照护负担和多重心理压力,医护人员应尽早提供专业指导及心理干预。

Objective To investigate the nursing experience and need of families with infants of cleft lip and palate,providing basis for treatment and nursing plans,reducing the cost.Methods By means of purposeful sampling method,13 children with cleft lip and palate under 1 year old were selected as the subjects of study.Qualitative study was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with the family members of cleft lip and palate children.Phenomenological Giorgy analysis was used to analyze the data.Results The nursing experience and need of families with infants of cleft lip and palate can be summed as four aspects:①strong negative experience at early stage;②need for supportive system;③high expectation for success of surgery;④uncertainty for the future of the infant.Conclusion Family members of cleft lip and palate infants have a great burden of care and multiple psychological pressure,medical staff should provide professional guidance and psychological intervention as soon as possible.
