摘要
为了保证光纤在低温或高温下的正常工作,需确保光纤在不同温度环境下的附加衰减维持在较低的水平。本文通过光纤的高低温循环实验,探究影响光纤环境温度性能的因素,实验结果表明,提高涂料的流动性、提高光纤涂覆层的固化度、降低涂层内部缺陷、使用与拉丝工艺相匹配的涂料可以降低低温环境下光纤的附加损耗。本文的研究为改善光纤在恶劣环境中的使用条件提供了理论依据。
In order to ensure the normal operation of optical fibers at low or high temperatures,it is necesSary to ensure that the additional attenuation of optical fibers at different temperatures remains at a low level. In this paper,the factors affecting the ambient temperature performance of optical fibers are explored through high and low temperature cycling experiments of optical fibers. The experimental results show that the additional loss of optical fibers in low temperature environment can be reduced by improving the fluidity of coatings,increasing the curing degree of optical fibers coatings,reducing the internal defects of coatings, and using coatings matching the drawing process. This study provides a theoretical basis for improving the use of optical fibers in harsh environments.
