翻转课堂教学模式下的“管理学”教学反思

The Teaching Reflections on “Management Science” Based on the Flipped Classroom

作为应用型高校来讲服务地方经济是其重要职能,本文探讨了翻转课堂的产生并概述了其模式,分析了翻转课堂与传统课堂相比所具有的优势以及翻转课堂教学模式在"管理学"这门课程中的教学实践。并提出了在教学过程中的几点反思,以便更好地服务于整体的教学目标,为地方经济的发展培养合适的人才。

As the practical universities,their most important function is to improve the local economy. This paper mainly discusses the development of flipped classroom as well as its patterns. This paper analyses the advantages of the flipped classroom compared with the traditional classroom and the teaching practice of the flipped classroom teaching mode in the course of “Management Science”. In order to better serve the overall teaching objectives and train suitable talents for the development of local economy,this paper puts forward some reflections in the teaching process.
