摘要
目的探讨综合护理管理对老年冠心病及高危因素的预防价值。方法该院冠心病患者88例,数字随机分为两组,研究组44例采取综合护理管理,对照组44例采取常规护理管理,比较两组的效果。结果干预后研究组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)等指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理管理应用于老年冠心病患者中,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the preventive value of comprehensive nursing management for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and high risk factors.Methods 88 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.44 patients in the research group underwent comprehensive nursing management,and 44 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing management.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and total cholesterol(TC)were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing management is applied to elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and the effect is remarkable.
