预防跌倒分级管理措施在内科老年患者中的实施效果

Implementation Effect of Prevention of Fall Classification Management Measures in Elderly Patients with Internal Medicine

目的观察预防跌倒分级管理措施在内科老年患者中的实施效果。方法研究对象为2016年8月—2017年11月该院内科收治的106例老年患者,按照抽签法分为对照组和实验组,每组53例,对照组实施常规护理管理,实验组实施预防跌倒分级管理,对比2组跌倒发生率和护理满意度。结果实验组跌倒发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科老年患者中实施预防跌倒分级管理对降低跌倒发生率,提高护理满意度具有重要作用。

Objective To observe the effect of prevention of fall classification management measures in elderly patients with internal medicine.Methods The study subjects were 106 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to November 2017.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the drawing method.53 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing management,and the experimental group was implemented falls prevention management,compare the incidence of falls and care satisfaction in the two groups.Results The incidence of falls in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of prevention of fall grading management in elderly patients with internal medicine plays an important role in reducing the incidence of falls and improving the satisfaction of nursing.
