临床药师参与培美曲塞致Ⅲ度口腔黏膜炎1例诊治的药学实践

摘要 口腔黏膜是对化疗损伤敏感的组织,化疗后短期内,上皮组织释放细胞因子产生炎症反应,造成组织损伤。口腔黏膜炎主要表现为口腔疼痛,吞咽困难,进食减少,黏膜溃疡产生。本文总结分析临床药师参与注射用培美曲塞二钠致Ⅲ度口腔黏膜炎1例诊治的药学实践,以期为注射用培美曲塞二钠致口腔黏膜炎的防治提供参考。
