摘要 在基于激光传感器的滑膛炮身管内径测量系统中,通过求解剩余半径与圆心角进而恢复身管尺寸理论推导得出,但实际测量过程中发现该算法存在精度不足、特征缺失的情况。针对该问题,提出了一种插值后滤波的改进算法,利用三次样条插值对数据量进行扩充,同时均值滤波区间数m设为5,提高了数据精度,保留了特征情况。对比实验表明,改进后的算法效果优于改进前的算法。 In the measurement system of barrel diameter of smooth bore barrel based on laser sensor,it is feasible to solve the theory of recovering the body size by solving the remaining radius and the center angle,but it is found that there is a lack of precision and lack of characteristics in the actual measurement process.In this paper,an improved algorithm for interpolating filtering was proposed,which is extended by three spline interpolation,and the number of mean filtering interval m is set to 5,which improves the data accuracy and preserves the feature.Through the contrast experiment,the improved algorithm is better than the improved algorithm.
