摘要
近年来,以光伏为代表的分布式电源大规模接入配电网给电网运行带来了巨大挑战。为解决光伏并网给系统带来的冲击问题,提出了在台区配置储能系统的方法。将储能接口变流器设计为虚拟同步运行,使得台区电网具有惯性,通过设计控制,使储能系统辅助台区电网参与多时间尺度调频、平抑光伏与负荷波动,从而提高台区电网运行的灵活性。该控制策略的有效性通过Matlab/Simulink仿真得到了验证。
In recent years,large-scale integration of distributed generation represented by PV into the distribution network is a big challenge for power system operation.To handle the issue,the paper proposes to equip energy storage system in the transformer area.The interface power converters of the energy storage system are designed to operate in virtual synchronous mode,which provides inertia for the transformer area.In addition,by designing control,the energy storage system can help the transformer area power grid participate in multi-time-scale frequency regulation and smooth fluctuation of PV and load to improve the system operation flexibility.Simulation on Matlab/Simulink verifies the effectiveness of the control strategy.
