数据质量在企业ERP系统中的管控

Management and Control of Data Quality in Enterprise ERP System

进入信息化社会以来,ERP系统在企业管理中得到了广泛应用,极大地提高了企业的运营效率。但是,部分企业在运用ERP系统之后,产品的库存周转率和订单的按时交付率并没有得到相应改善,存在人为干预度系统和员工不信任系统数据问题,数据质量较低。基于此,通过分析数据流动路径得出数据质量问题产生的原因,并引入PDCA循环的理念,提出了持续数据质量改进管理的方法,以不断提升ERP的数据质量,最终提高企业的市场竞争力。

Since entering the information society,ERP has been widely used in enterprise management,greatly improving the operational efficiency of enterprises.However,after the application of ERP system,some enterprises have not improved the inventory turnover rate of their products and the delivery rate of orders on time.There are problems of human intervention and staff distrust system data.The quality of data is low.This paper starts with the analysis of data flow path,obtains the causes of data quality problems,and introduces the concept of PDCA cycle,puts forward the method of continuous data quality improvement management to continuously improve the data quality of ERP,and ultimately improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
