This paper combines the relevant literature,theory and policy documents of government investment funds to determine the investment constraints and objects of government investment funds for PPP projects. Then,gives the basic conditions that the PPP project should meet as applying the government investment fund from the aspects of project compliance,importance,profitability and external benefits of the project,as well as the process of government fund investment decision,provide reference for decision of government investment funds applied to PPP projects.
