摘要
现阶段国内外项目管理规范对项目管理的定义和管理过程的实施存在差异。介绍国内外常用的项目管理规范,从技术方法、战略管理和项目情境三个方面,分析管理规范的侧重点。在对比分析各类标准的基础上,总结出以过程为导向的标准在项目的前期定义、人员行为、项目学习等方面存在不足,提出项目管理规范选择时应考虑的因素。
International and domestic standards for project management face distinctions in the definition and process of project management currently. This paper introduces the commonly used project management standards,analyzes the emphases of management standards from three aspects of technical methods,strategic management and project context. Based on the comparative analysis,summarizes the limitations of process-oriented standards in front-end management,personnel behavior,and project learning,and proposes the factors to be considered when selecting project management standards.
