基于B/S的闪电监测一体化平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Lightning Monitoring Integrated Platform Based on B/S

闪电监测指通过一定的技术手段对有可能发生或已经发生闪电的区域进行识别、跟踪和预报预警,从而实现对闪电的有效防范,尽可能降低其带来的危害。笔者设计了一种基于B/S结构覆盖市、县两级的闪电监测一体化应用平台,详细探讨、阐述了其系统功能设置、整个设计过程和实际应用效果,以期为我国闪电监测预警现代化建设提供参考。

Lightning monitoring means identifying,tracking,forecasting and warning the areas where lightning may occur or has already happened through certain technical means,so as to realize effective prevention of lightning and reduce its harm as far as possible.The author designs an integrated lightning monitoring application platform based on B/S structure covering city and county levels,and discusses in detail its system function settings,the whole design process and the actual application effect,in order to provide reference for the modernization construction of lightning monitoring and early warning in China.
