摘要
全球信息化时代的到来,引起了国家的高度重视,不但强调要在经济发展中加强信息化建设,还将其赋予重要的使命。信息技术在人力资源管理中的重要性不言而喻,为了优化老干部离退休人员的信息管理工作,加强信息化建设是有必要的。基于此,对信息技术在人力资源管理中的应用进行了详细分析,希望有助于离退休老干部的人员管理工作。
The advent of the global information age has attracted great attention of the country,not only emphasizing the need to strengthen the construction of information technology in economic development,but also entrusting it with an important mission.The importance of information technology in human resources management is self-evident.In order to optimize the information management of retired veteran cadres,it is necessary to strengthen information construction.Based on this,the application of information technology in human resources management is analyzed in detail,hoping to help retired veteran cadres in personnel management.
