随着食品药品检验信息平台和业务系统的逐步建立完善,累积了大量丰富的数据资源,这就对实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)功能提出了新的要求——大数据挖掘和统计。本文针对食品药品检验实验室信息管理系统大数据的应用作了部分探讨,通过大数据可以分析挖掘出小数据无法提取的有价值的信息,服务于检验事业的发展。

With the gradual establishment and improvement of food and drug inspection information platform and business system,a large number of rich data resources have accumulated.This puts new demands on the laboratory information management system(LIMS)function--big data mining and statistics.This paper discussed the application of big data in LIMS of food and drug inspection.Through big data,we can analyze and extract valuable information that cannot be extracted by small data,and serve the development of the inspection business.
