随着社会上私家车的不断增多,高校与外界更多的开放交流,越来越多的机动车进入校园,使得师生的学习和生活空间日益缩小,校园交通压力逐年增加。出入校园的车辆管理已成为学校重要的安全工作。如何建立安全的校园,让学校保安人员及时掌握每辆车进出校园的基本情况,提高师生的出入效率,杜绝违法违规车辆进出校园已成为学校安保工作中亟待解决的难题。校园的车辆进出与普通停车场的车辆进出管理有着较大区别,但随着移动支付二维码技术和车牌识别技术的发展,两种技术的结合可以更有效地管理车辆进出校园。

With the increasing number of private cars in society,more and more open exchanges between universities and the outside world,more and more motor vehicles enter the campus,which makes the learning and living space of teachers and students shrink day by day,and the traffic pressure on campus increases year by year.Vehicle management in and out of campus has become an important safety work in schools.How to establish a safe campus,let the school security personnel timely grasp the basic situation of each vehicle in and out of the campus,improve the efficiency of teachers and students in and out,and eliminate illegal vehicles in and out of the campus has become an urgent problem to be solved in the school security work.There is a big difference between the vehicle access management of campus and that of ordinary parking lot.However,with the development of mobile payment two-dimensional code technology and license plate recognition technology,the combination of the two technologies can effectively manage the vehicle access to campus.
