班级管理一直是班主任头疼的问题,尤其是面对"问题学生"时更为苦恼。面对这种状况,在班级管理中需要班主任融入更多的情感和关爱,用"细心、诚心、爱心、有意、留意"把班主任工作做得更完美。
Class management has always been a headache for head teachers, especially when faced with "problematic students". Faced with this situation, we need to integrate more emotions and care in class management, do a better job of the head teacher with "careful, sincere, loving, intentional, attentive" work.
