习近平法治思想作为其新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,涵盖了建设社会主义法治国家的具体要求,并指出党的领导是社会主义法治最根本的保证。政党的法治化推进过程中需要依靠广大党员领导干部,其法治思维和法治能力的提升是党的法治化建设的关键。当前各级机关、企事业单位的党员领导干部要深入学习领会习近平法治思想的内容,认真学习法律、了解法律、运用法律,遵守党规党纪,切实做到依法办事。
