Study on the Improvement of the Affinity of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges from the Perspective of Counselors

高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,提升大学生思想政治教育亲和力是思想政治教育科学性的本质要求、人文性的有力彰显、时效性的重要保证。当前辅导员在开展大学生思想政治教育工作时存在亲和力不足的问题,立足辅导员岗位职责,提升大学生思想政治教育亲和力是一项需要多方面创新和完善的系统工程。本文通过加强辅导员队伍建设、注重人文关怀和心理疏导、发挥网络新媒体教育功能、构建大学生朋辈教育模式等几个方面探讨了提升大学生思想政治教育的亲和力的实践路径。

College counselors are the backbone in the ideological and political education among college students. Improving the affinity of the education is the essential requirement of the scientificity, strong demonstration of humanity and the important guarantee of timeliness. At present, the affinity of is lacking in ideological and political education, so the improvement of affinity based on the counselors' responsibilities is a systematic project that requires innovation and improvement in many aspects. In this paper, the author discusses the practical ways to improve the affinity of ideological and political education among college students through strengthening the counselor team's construction, attaching importance to humanistic care and psychological counseling, giving full play to the educational functions of new media, and constructing the model of peer education.
