To Counter the Influence of Cyber-Populism on Contemporary College Students by Rational Governance Pattern

网络民粹主义是民粹主义在网络社会发生有形影响(运动、事件等)和无形影响(价值观念等)的体现,是现实社会问题和社会冲突在网络社会的折射,具有群体性、非理性、批判性等特征。网络民粹主义对新时代大学生的影响具有双重性,但总体来看负面影响占据主导,因而需要协同治理、标本兼治,以理性化治理模式解构网络民粹主义的非理性影响。

Cyber-populism is the performance of populism act on network society visibly and intangibly, are the reflection of society conflicts in network society as well. The characteristics of cyber- populism are massive, non-rational and critical. The influences of cyber-populism on new era undergraduates are diplex, in any case, its negative effects are primary. We should govern it collaboratively and deconstruct the non-rational influences of cyber-populism by rational governance model.
