摘要
根据当前我国基础教育课程以及教师培训的具体发展情况可知,它们均面临着如何有效实现理论向实践进行转变的突出性矛盾,这一矛盾阻碍着我国教育事业发展及教师教育水平的提升。笔者主要分析教师在教育行动当中如何实现成长,并以课例作为主要载体,分析教师教育发展模式,将课堂视作为是一种可作为考察的学习类型生态圈,并运用行动研究的方式,为有效促进解决转变问题提供一种借鉴。
According to the current development of basic education courses and teacher training in China, they all face the prominent contradictions on how to effectively realize the transformation of theory into practice, which hinders the development of education in China and the improvement of teacher education. The author mainly analyzes how teachers can achieve growth in educational actions, and uses lessons as the main carrier to analyze the development model of teacher education. The classroom is regarded as a kind of learning type ecosystem that is investigated, and the method of action research is used, in order to provide a reference for effectively promoting the transformation.
