摘要
医院档案管理工作是医院的一项重要管理工作,传统档案管理方法内容繁多、程序复杂,管理难度大,不利于医院的整体发展,与当前自动化档案管理相比,自动化档案管理更具有优势。基于办公自动化的不断推广,不仅有效提高了医院档案管理工作水平,还在一定程度上减少了工作量,提高了工作效率,节约了人员支出,使得档案管理更加合理化。文章以办公自动化环境下的医院档案管理入手,分析其特点,并针对普遍存在的现状及问题进行分析,针对存在的问题提出针对性对策,以期为充分发挥办公自动化对医院档案管理工作水平的推动作用提供参考性建议。
Hospital archives management is an important management work in hospitals.The traditional archives management methods have many contents,complicated procedures and difficult management,which is not conducive to the overall development of the hospital.The automation archives management has more advantages.Based on the continuous promotion of office automation,it can effectively improve the management level of hospital archives,reduce the amount of work,enhance the work efficiency and reduce staff expenses.This paper starts with the hospital archives management under the office automation environment,analyzes its characteristics,conducts the anapysis in view of the current situation and problems,and proposes targeted countermeasures against the existing problems,in order to provide reference suggestions for giving full play to the role of office automation in promoting the hospital archives management.
