急性左心衰竭院前急救效果评价

Evaluation of Pre-hospital Emergency Effect on Acute Left Heart Failure

目的研究在急性左心衰竭患者中采取院前急救的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月的54例急性左心衰竭患者,采用抽签法分组,每组收入患者27例,试验组行院前急救,参照组行常规治疗,比对试验组和参照组临床治疗有效率、平均救治时间。结果试验组急性左心衰竭患者平均救治时间(11.23±1.21)min、临床治疗有效率96.30%,对比参照组相关数据指标(45.54±3.54、74.07%),差异有统计学有意义,P <0.05。结论将院前急救使用于急性左心衰竭患者中可缩短救治时间,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of pre-hospital first aid on patients with acute left heart failure.Methods 54 patients with acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into two groups through a lottery method with 27 patients in each group.The study group was treated with pre-hospital first aid,while the control group was treated with routine treatment,the clinical treatment efficiency rate and the average treatment time of the study group and control group was compared.Results The average treatment time was(11.23±1.21)min,the clinical treatment efficiency rate was 96.30%in study group,and the data in control group was(45.54±3.54)and 74.07%respectively,P<0.05,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion The application of pre-hospital first aid in patients with acute left heart failure can shorten the treatment time and improve the clinical treatment effect.
