按摩手阳明大肠经穴对缓解静脉输液上臂疼痛的效果

The Effect of Massage of Hand Yangming Colon Meridian Points on Relieving Upper Arm Pain Caused by Intravenous Infusion

目的探讨按摩手阳明大肠经穴对缓解静脉输液引起的上臂疼痛的效果观察。方法选取2018年1—7月在泉州市第一医院泌尿外科就诊的、因静脉输液致上臂疼痛不适的患者60例,采取同侧上臂手阳明大肠经穴进行指压按摩,观察疼痛缓解效果。结果 60例患者中,显效38例(63.33%),有效17例(28.33%),无效5例(8.33%),总有效率为91.67%。结论手阳明大肠经穴指压按摩可缓解静脉输液引起的上臂疼痛,操作经济、方便,而且不会对患者产生任何不良反应。

Objective To explore the effect of massage on Hand Yangming Colon Meridian Points on relieving upper arm pain caused by intravenous infusion.Methods 60 patients with upper arm pain and discomfort caused by intravenous infusion were selected from January to July 2018 in the department of urology of Quanzhou first hospital.The pain relief effect was observed by finger massage at Hand Yangming Colon Meridian Points of the ipsilateral upper arm.Results Of the 60 patients,38(63.33%)patients were markedly effective,17(28.33%)patients were effective,and 5(8.33%)patients were ineffective.The total effective rate was 91.67%.Conclusion Hand Yangming Colon Meridian Points massage can relieve upper arm pain caused by intravenous infusion,which is economical and convenient to operate,and will not cause any adverse reactions to patients.
