摘要
目的研究在烧伤感染患者中病原菌群的分布情况,且评价药敏实验情况。方法以回顾性分析方式验证2017年5月—2018年5月收治的40例烧伤感染患者(分离出致病菌62株)涉及的数据资料,依据NCCLS相关标准实施处理,分析烧伤感染病原菌群分布情况,且阐述耐药性。结果 62株致病菌中主要包括凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、阴沟肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、产气肠杆菌、变形肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、聚团肠杆菌、真菌、肠球菌等类型。革兰阳性球菌敏感率药物最高的是万古霉素,利福平次之,左氧氟沙星、苯唑西林再次;革兰阴性菌敏感率药物最高的是亚胺培南,丁胺卡那次之,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、左氧氟沙星、妥布霉素再次。结论临床上对于烧伤感染患者需要强化药敏检测和细菌培养的力度,确保合理且科学的应用抗生素,提升检查效果。
Objective To study the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in burn infected patients and evaluate the drug susceptibility test.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed to verify the data related to 40 cases of burn infection(62 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated)admitted from May 2017 to May 2018.Results Among the 62 pathogenic bacteria,coagulase-negative staphylococci,enterobacter cloacae,staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,enterobacter aerogenes,enterobacter aeruginosa,pseudomonas aeruginosa,enterobacter agglomerans,fungi,enterococcus and other types.[Unclear]Gram-positive cocci sensitive rate drug is the highest vancomycin,followed by rifampicin,levofloxacin,oxacillin again;[unclear]Gram-negative bacteria sensitivity rate of the highest drug is imipenem,butyrate,then cefoperazone/sulbactam,levofloxacin,tobramycin again.Conclusion Clinically,patients with burn infection need to strengthen the sensitivity test and bacterial culture to ensure the rational and scientific application of antibiotics and improve the inspection effect.
