老年中风恢复期的中医康复护理效果

Analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing in the Recovery Period of Elderly Stroke

目的探讨老年中风恢复期的中医康复护理效果。方法选取我院在2017年6月—2018年6月收治的老年中风恢复期患者70例作为研究对象,对患者随机编号,单号为研究组,双号为对照组。研究组患者采用中医康复护理,对照组患者采用常规护理。护理1个月后比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者的ADL评分以及AFM评分高于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义;研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组,两组结果差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论将中医康复护理应用于老年中风恢复期护理中,能够改善患者的吞咽功能等,可以提高患者的生活质量,对患者的恢复与预后具有积极的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing in the recovery period of elderly stroke.Methods Seventy elderly patients with recurrent stroke from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly assigned numbers.The single number was the study group and the double number was the control group.The patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation,and the patients in the control group were treated with routine care.The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared after one month of nursing.Results The ADL score and AFM score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying TCM rehabilitation nursing to the recovery of elderly stroke patients can improve the swallowing function,improve the quality of life,and has a positive effect on the recovery and prognosis of patients.
