摘要
目的分析讨论给予肾病综合征患者饮食干预对其营养状况的影响。方法选择于2015年3月—2017年8月我院所接收的肾病综合征患者82例,按入院时间分组护理,对照组采用常规方式加以护理,研究组便是以常规为基础,实施饮食营养护理干预,对比两种护理方法在患者营养状况改善、护理满意度方面的效果。结果研究组患者的改良主观营养评分、营养不良-炎症评分均低于对照组,对比差异具有统计学性意义(P <0.05);研究组的护理满意度相较于对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论应用饮食营养护理干预护理肾病综合征患者,可改善其营养状况、提高对护理的满意度,起到了较好的辅助治疗作用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of diet intervention on nutritional status of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 82 patients with nephrotic syndrome received in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2017 were divided into two groups according to admission time.The control group was given routine nursing.The study group was given diet nutrition nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nutritional status and nursing satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two nursing methods.Results The improved subjective nutrition score and malnutrition-inflammation score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care of patients with nephrotic syndrome by dietary nutrition nursing intervention can improve their nutritional status,improve their satisfaction with nursing,and play a better role in adjuvant therapy.
