摘要
目的探讨化脓性腮腺炎的全科护理措施,观察护理效果并总结护理干预方法。方法选择我院2017年6月—2018年5月收治的、具有明确诊断的103例化脓性腮腺炎患者,分为(甲组、乙组)两组,甲组予常规护理方案,乙组在常规护理基础上联合全科护理干预,比较两组护理疗效与生活质量评分。结果乙组患者健康调查简表(SF-36)各评分均高于甲组(P <0.05)。结论化脓性腮腺炎患者接受全科护理干预,优化疾病疗效,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the general nursing measures of purulent parotitis,observe the nursing effect and summarize the nursing intervention methods.Methods 103 patients with purulent mumps admitted to our department from June 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups(group A and group B).Group A was given routine nursing program,and group B was given general nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing efficacy and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SF-36 in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with purulent mumps receive general nursing intervention,optimize the curative effect of the disease,and improve the quality of life.
